Transfer Buffer

This buffer is used for the Western Blot Assay in the transfer apparatus. Fill the transfer apparatus tank with approximately 500ml of transfer buffer.

Transfer buffer (pH 8.3) (5L):

• 25mM Tris Base (15.15g)
• 192mM Glycine (72g)
• 20% Methanol (1000ml)
• Add distilled water till 5L

No need to adjust pH.

Store at 4 degrees C
