- Dibasic 22.8gm in 1000ml dH2O
- Monobasic 13.6 gm in 1000ml dH20

Calibrate the pH meter with pH 7 and 10 standard reference buffers.

- As dibasic is stirring place the pH meter into the beaker and add monobasic slowly till the pH of the solution goes to 7.2. This solution is 100mM.
- To make 50mM (for binding assay) add the equal volume of dH2O (e.g., 500ml dH2O to 500ml of 100mM buffer ).
